If you want to see the "heat" from anything you must purchase an infrared (thermal imaging) camera. These usually run from 5k to 50k depending on what you need. Low light cameras (nightvision) do not see heat or thermal radiation. They use existing small amounts of illumination and amplify it in some way to see things in the dark.
In short for the leyman:

Infrared = heat measure
Nightvision = see in low light conditions
